Billing terms

These Billing Terms form part of the Terms of Service. By placing an order on odelloo.com, you accept the payment and billing practices set out below.

1. Accepted payment methods

Odelloo accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. Odelloo does not see or store full card details on its servers.

2. Currency

All prices on odelloo.com are displayed and charged in GBP (British pounds sterling). If your bank account is held in a different currency, your card provider will apply its own exchange rate and any associated foreign-transaction fees, which are outside Odelloo's control.

3. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged the full order amount at the time the order is placed. If the order is later cancelled or partially refunded, the corresponding amount is returned to the same payment method (see the Refund policy for timelines).

4. Pricing and taxes

Prices include any applicable taxes for UK consumers at the time the order is placed. Odelloo is not currently VAT-registered; no separate VAT line is added at checkout. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order confirmation

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment. The order confirmation includes the order number, the items ordered, the total charged, the billing and shipping addresses, and the estimated processing window.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing an order, check your spam folder. If it is still missing, email Support@odelloo.com with the email address used at checkout.

6. Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined or fails, the order will not be placed and no goods will be reserved. Try again with a different payment method or contact your card provider for the reason. Odelloo cannot see why a card issuer declined a payment.

7. Fraud prevention

Orders flagged by Shopify's fraud-protection system may be held for additional verification. Odelloo may contact you to confirm details before the order is processed. Orders that cannot be verified within 5 working days are cancelled and refunded.

8. Cancellations and changes

You may request to cancel or change an order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is handed to the courier. Email Support@odelloo.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order can only be returned per the Refund policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time after a return is received is typically 5 to 10 working days. Your bank may take an additional 2 to 5 working days to credit your account. Full details are in the Refund policy.

10. Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge from Odelloo, please contact Support@odelloo.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most cases can be resolved directly within 1–2 working days. Unjustified chargebacks may be contested with the evidence held on file (order, shipping, and delivery records).
