Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website odelloo.com and the purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"CSJO", "we", "us" or "our" means CSJO Ltd, the operating company described in section 2. "Website" means odelloo.com. "Customer", "you" or "your" means the natural person accessing the Website or placing an order. "Goods" means the products offered for sale on the Website. "Order" means a customer's offer to purchase Goods through the Website.

2. Operating company

The Website and the related online store are operated by CSJO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Companies House registration number 13189175, with its registered office at Barkat House, Suite 9, 116-118 Finchley Road, London NW3 5HT, England.

3. Acceptance of terms

By using the Website or placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the other policies referenced in these terms. If the customer does not agree, the Website must not be used.

4. Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 years or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of their country of residence.

5. Account registration

The Website may allow customers to create an account. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. CSJO Ltd may suspend or terminate an account in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.

6. Orders and contract formation

The display of Goods on the Website is an invitation to treat, not an offer for sale. When a customer places an order, that constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods. CSJO Ltd accepts the offer when a dispatch confirmation email is sent for the relevant Goods. At that point a binding contract of sale comes into existence between the customer and CSJO Ltd, limited to the Goods identified in the dispatch confirmation.

7. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; the price that applies to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Availability of Goods is not warranted; where an item is unavailable after the order has been placed, the customer will be notified and offered a refund or, where possible, an alternative.

8. Payment methods

Payment is accepted through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards and other payment options enabled by the Website's payment processor. Payment is processed at the time of order. Title to the Goods passes to the customer on dispatch.

9. Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. The Shipping Policy sets out service area, processing time, shipping costs, carriers, tracking, and procedures for address changes and lost or damaged parcels.

10. Returns and right to cancel

The Refund Policy sets out the voluntary 30-day return window, the procedure for returning items, refund timelines, and refund methods. In addition, customers in the UK have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This statutory right is described in full in the Refund Policy.

11. Statutory consumer rights

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where Goods do not meet these standards, the consumer is entitled to the remedies set out in the Act. The statutory rights conferred by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are independent of any voluntary commercial assurance offered by CSJO Ltd and are not limited or excluded by these Terms of Service.

12. Intellectual property

The Odelloo brand name, logos, website design, product imagery, written content, and other materials displayed on the Website are owned by CSJO Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the Website may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from CSJO Ltd.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSJO Ltd's liability arising out of or in connection with the supply of Goods is limited to the price paid for the Goods that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Privacy

The processing of personal data in connection with the Website and orders is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain the statutory right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence within the United Kingdom or, where applicable, the European Union, in accordance with mandatory rules of law.

17. Online Dispute Resolution

For consumers resident in the European Union, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The platform may be used to seek an out-of-court resolution to a dispute relating to an online purchase.

18. Modifications to terms

CSJO Ltd may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Website together with an effective date. Orders are governed by the version of these Terms of Service in force at the time the order is placed.
